Paper Submission

Submitted papers must not substantially overlap papers that have been published or that are simultaneously submitted to a journal or a conference with proceedings. Papers should be at most 12 pages including the bibliography and well-marked appendices.The authors can extend a maximum of 2 pages for each paper but will have to pay extra fees for each extra page. Accepted papers are published in the conference proceedings by Lecture Notes in Computer Science (LNCS), Springer. Selected high quality papers will be published in the special issues of the journals: Concurrency and Computation: Practice and Experience and International Journal of Information Technology and Decision Making.
